In June of last year, before SercaCase came out, we did two profiles for the Greenwich Free Press and Greenwich Times on our legislative work that happened to mention SercaCase. Afterwards, we got an email from a father named Jason Halio who wanted to know more about our product. Months later, in October, we email Mr. Halio to tell him SercaCase became available pre-order. A day later, we received a notification that he had ordered a case. He was our first customer.
Months after that, when I finally shipped the product to him, I included a note telling him how much his support meant to us, and a few days later we received an email from him with a picture of his son happily holding our phone case. It read, "Thank you for your wonderful, touching note and the beautiful SercaCase! We had no idea we were your FIRST customer, that is just incredible! Here is a photo of my son, Henry, using it for the first time last night. He really likes it! Please tell me more about you guys and your company. And let me know if there is anything I can do to help you. What you are doing is amazing. Thank you!"
It's interactions like these that keep us going in this fight against food allergies. Thank you so much for your support, Mr. Halio, and we're glad we could help your son.
